This is by far the worst ride-sharing / carpool experience I have ever had. I booked a ride and realized within 2 minutes that the pickup location was too far. I simply wanted to switch to another driver who was closer. So I canceled — only two minutes after booking — and they charged me: $13 in cancellation fees +$5 in commission fees For a ride that never happened. That’s almost $20 taken for nothing. The app is FULL of fake drivers posting multiple trips. Most of them will require you to book outside the platform. Another this concerning issue is, they will accept the booking (outside the app ofcourse) but they will charge you more or even higher than the agreed amount. We tried to report the same driver using multiple trips but the app did not do any action. So be careful. 80% of drivers are mostly scamming passengers.

Worst experience i had ever while booking a ride as it is totally scam and they charged me 30$ for a ride that is refused by a driver and the poparide bot is also not responding.Even though they do not have any customer care contact number also.I will suggest everybody to uninstall this app and book ride from somewhere else.
