Once on board, connect to the ship’s WiFi to view dining menus, spa services, shore excursions, chat with other guests and more at no additional charge. (An onboard Internet purchase is NOT required to use the Navigator app.)

Ratings and reviews

Seems to work great for my wife's iPhone, but this app is unusable on my Pixel. There is some sort of bug that refreshes parts of the screen multiple times a second. It took 30 minutes to log in because I couldn't keep my keyboard up. Once logged in, the media images seem to refresh nonstop where it seems like they're blinking in a random pattern. Very unpleasant experience.

The most worthless app I've ever used, unless the intent is to give Android users a seizure. The screen constantly wiggles up and down and the pictures blink in and out. It won't let me select anything on the menu so the only info I can get before the cruise is how to get a headache. iPhone users don't seem to have the same problem so the designers must have put zero effort into the Android user experience.

Computer says the app is installed on our phones, however it will not let us log in. Gives the message that we have multiple logins. Will not recognize face or fingerprint and is basically worthless. Boarding in 5 days so one would hope you can get the issue solved on board. Have printed boarding passes etc. from my computer as the app and using my cell phone DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!! Would like a personal response from HAL to get this resolved.
