The Honeywell Connect Me app gives authorized users access to the Honeywell TC500 Thermostats in their commercial buildings. Remotely monitor sites, schedules, settings, and override controls. Add and configure devices, manage users and more – all from a mobile device.

Standard Features include:

Self-Sign up and add thermostat using BLE
Complete site management for multiple thermostats
User Management - add and remove users - with assigned roles
Thermostat Management, and set basic configuration
View current temperature, occupancy, humidity, mode and setpoint
Site information, view one thermostat at a time, see name and online/offline status
Schedule, create, view, update weekly and Holiday schedules
View and acknowledge critical alarms

Broken in several areas of app. 1) Validation emails have issued getting through 2) Logging in with the honeywell email on a phone that is linked to a Microsoft 365 account fails to federated because the app tries to use the corporate identity rather then the honeywell email that you put into the login field. it's like the app is not programmed or setup correctly. 3) Why are you required to use a honeywell email? Many businesses use their own corporate identity that can be linked with 3rd party

Downloaded the app, can't even finish signing up bc it won't send a verification code to my email. This app needs help.

Changed to 1 star, absolutely garbage. I work with Honeywell and its like they haven't ever used an app or product they sold in their life. This app is a microcosm of their entire business, some good ideas but absolutely terrible execution. There is a connect mobile app that's better at least.
