There is a problem with a return process on the step when I have selected the items that I want to return and have to select the reason. So, on this step, I see innacurate info. I see many duplicates instead of items that I have selected. I tried to update the app, but it doesn't work. The first time, I solved this issue by continuing with the web version, but today, I couldn't complete neither in this way.

Getting worse with every update. Swipe motions are problematic on Android and we get stuck when trying to read more about the product (why is this on the centre on the page, anyway?) Hey Product team! Is anyone looking at crash reports or unsuccessful payment attempts? Payment is not working normally. It randomly passes (tried 9 times!!!) This happens on code verification after card has been accepted. No, my card is not expired. It good. Cache was cleared... can you fix that please?

Terrible customer service experience. Not responsive and updates are hardly reflected. I have contacted customer multiple times with no satisfactory resolution. This is very frustrating and bad for people looking to continue to order through this app.
