Tried 6 times to book a flight with his app ,and every time l get to the end put my payment details in click to pay the app just goes into a loading loop it never processes the payment. and every time l try again the price of the fair went up 😤.

The app is bug ridden and the Devs don't answer emails. 1. you can't see your boarding pass as it forces you to save the boarding pass to google wallet. this is normally a good thing however it doesn't actually save it to google wallet unless you log into your Gmail account each time which is a problem in itself. 2. It doesn't integrate properly with google wallet . 3. As evidence of all the above just go to an airport in New Zealand and you will witness that everyone has a physical ticket

The updating of this APP is Infuriating. The email verification timing is out of sync. The code is only valid for five minutes. Yet when I use it it's invalid and I have ti start again. The phone lines are over loaded with huge wait times. What's the point having a membership .
