Downloaded the latest version 2.0. Had difficulty establishing the Bluetooth connection but finally made it. App can not find the G4 concentrator. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Worked with 3 different customer care techs but could not get the app to see the concentrator, so app is basically worthless as is. Old version, while not very useful, at least worked. Hopefully, Inogen will get this fixed.

App works fine with Samsung after you get the provider code and follow instructions. seems this app was an afterthought in the design. What is lacking is the ability to control the concentrator when you are carrying in a backpack. The ability to check the battery is still a plus. If the App was able to control at least the setting, I would give 4 stars.

This app definately needs work. Looks like its development was an after-thought. The only information it provides that you can't see on the built-in display is total run hours and how many days since you changed cannula or cleaned the filter. No control function at all. Plus, it tends to loose Bluetooth when changing batteries and, if you change phones, there's no way to disconnect from your old phone . Pass!!
