• Open the App and sign in with existing credentials

If you’re 16 or above and you have your mobile number registered for our SMS alert services as well as any of our Debit Cards, click on “Sign Up Here”, and follow the onscreen instructions. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone you have registered for your account number with us.

If you’ve got a verification, follow the onscreen steps to register. You will be required to use your Fidelity Debit Card OR visit the nearest Bank branch to activate your Online banking profile. Once done, you can start using your Online Banking account immediately.

To do much more, download the Fidelity Soft Token app on your phone and sign in with your Online banking credentials.

FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

You can only use the app if you’re a sole signatory account holder. You can’t register with your credit cards.

FIDELITY INSTANT BANKING

Fidelity also has an Instant Banking Services (*770#) which you can dial from any mobile phone linked to your account for SMS alert. The service doesn’t require internet connection.

I don't think Fidelity Bank realises that digital banking is what is most tenable. The mobile app is the most outrageous, not user-friendly, and inefficient bank app I have ever come across. The absolute worst, if I may add. Don’t bother with the automated response, and work on giving users a better experience. If a rating lower than 1 star exists, I would gladly rate it.

Frustrating experience. I'm stuck in between making transfers, as I'm being asked to select a source account to transfer from, which I believe is a recent requirement. However, this option has failed to pop up for about 2 hours an counting. If a bank app fails in the area of transfers and efficiency, then I don't see the need for @Fidelity bank to have an app which obviously isn't working.

There's too much protocol in signing in /signing up into this app. And the thing is very annoying. You'll request OTP and it won't come in, only to arrive after you must have waited and left the app. I've not been able to use the app now since January. This is why Digital banks are beginning to take over. You can emulate them by making your system very simple and easy to navigate and fix certain issues (such as app problems) from home without having to go to the bank to waste time unnecessarily.
