This app is not smart, it is completely useless, no other bank account in the world has this kind of hassle, you have to enter your PIN repeatedly to log in to the app. The biggest problem is that you cannot do any transaction-related work through these apps and there is no option to select an account.

I can't access to my account even after input my password user I'd. Every time it shows me that service unavailable. Second time I want to log in through another device. Then it showed me that device info, user name, password all are incorrect. Now tell me what to do. It is really disappointing.

I have been using the Islami Bank iBanking Smart App for a long time and already have an account. However, after the recent update, I am unable to log in. Every time I try, it shows "Invalid User ID". Previously, the app worked smoothly, but now it has become unusable for me.
