Ratings and reviews

The service inspiring in terms of cost. However once you upload data there is no option to download all the data pictures. It prompt the message that data extraction will be validated by data extraction team contact support and no body bothered to respond to emails. Call centre agents can only log complaint. They have no clue what this service is. I still haven't got the solution to download 165 gb data. Ain't no way i am downloading each photo individually

this app is really great and the new update has filled many gaps which we needed , but please can u include "canceling" of downloads or uploads in next update? because if u have once clicked download, then there is no way to cancel it unless u uninstall whole app and relogin😅 otherwise thanks for this app it's very useful even though it's paid, *edit: reduced to 3 stars because it's not working nowdays, please fix it and i will change the ratings to 5 like before*

This cloud service is the worst! I haven't been able to access my account from KSA for a week, and I've complained on the Jazz app and sent emails, but no one from Jazz has replied. Their customer care is also the worst ever.
