Got first 2 free consultations and i booked one consultation and kept waiting for days and manage my time to be available at that time. Ta da. I was unable to join the call. My internet was working perfectly fine still their page was not working. Giving hopes (dint even ask for) and then ruining the people's time is certainly not a good idea at all.

very bad app no doctor come on this and after some.time.app show complete appointment. when I call on helpline they can't respond well simple attend call and told I call you back but no call me. so please don't use this app

Great UI/UX, but the pricing policy is frustrating. Every time I experience a side effect from a medicine prescribed by a doctor on the app, I have to pay for a whole new consultation just to ask a quick question. It feels like you're being charged repeatedly for the same issue. It would be much better if there was a 1 or 2 week window for follow-ups.
