Hello Team, I would like to share feedback regarding the clinic app experience. When an order/appointment is cancelled, there is currently no proper status update, or tracking system visible to the user. It becomes difficult to know whether the cancellation request has been processed successfully or not. Additionally, there is no clear option, button, icon, or section available to track the refund fee/process status. Users should be able to easily see whether the refund is under process.

I ordered depression medicine from the Apna Clinic app, and after making the payment, my order was confirmed. I understand that for this type of medicine, a doctor’s prescription is very important and necessary, but the main issue is that there should have been a clear option in the app to upload the prescription, or on the same WhatsApp number used for order information and updates, it should have been clearly informed before confirming the order. This would help avoid confusion and save time.

very very poor service and extremely bad experience. I ordered a single tablet... They can't even deliver that even in 24 hours... No solid customer service. They don't even know where your order is... They just reply let us check.... very bad... stupid app... don't download....
