This is a very useless app. I booked a doctor one day in advance, and I arrived even before my scheduled time, but a full 1 hour has passed and no doctor showed up on their website. All of this is a lie, and this app is not useful. West of time.

Fraud, false advertisement about free first two consultations. I booked and no dr didn't came online or call me or i was able to call nothing happened. no customer support fast om this app is available in the app. what? anf their partners number is unreachable. after dr was unable to show up. the apl asked how was your experience. lol. no support at all

😡 Unprofessional Experience Alert! 🚨 I booked an appointment with Dr.ABC , I did not receive a consultation because my call was not connected with the doctor. I waited for 30 minutes, but there was no benefit. This is unprofessional behavior from your platform for patients. Next day they reschedule my appointment with Dr.ABC at 7:30 PM , but got seen by another doctor instead. Huge letdown! 😤 Wouldn't recommend booking with them if you want to see the doctor you chose. 1/5 stars 👎👎👎👎
