Able To was offered to me through my health insurance company. it is a mindfulness app to go along with an 8 week mindfulness-by-phone course. I think it is a lot like 'Calm", but free. if you are open to changing part of your life, this is a very useful adjunct. it is free and governed by privacy laws. I found it useful even though I usually eschew navel-gazing. it really does help to just breathe sometimes. only negative is because of privacy concerns, they insist you have screen lock.
