ATTENTION: Only for use in participating laundry locations.

TW Pay is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.


Simply use TW Pay to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.


• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)

• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine

• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.

For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

I appreciate that you service this new neighborhood I've been in worst situations but I've already encountered a done wash that was still soaked(could be by my fault) and a paid for dryer that didn't work. I have yet to experience customer service now and hope for good results. But other than that I can say I'm o it's alright and over all happy that Tw services.
