Used this for a trip to Cambodia. BIG MISTAKE. No contact information. Some features of the app doesn't work (eg, Ask KLOOK) Lack of customer service. Klook doesn't run the tours. Cannot cancel once booked (they made it impossible to cancel). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. if you are trying to book a tour, go to the source directly. KLOOK is just a third party trying to rip off your hard earned money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. PROBABLY COPYING AND PASTING. And DON'T GIVE ME SOME LINK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VOUCHER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

lousiest app ever, hotel booking confirmed and PAID in this morning,all the sudden the confirmed booking was automatically canceled by the system. And was queueing to chat with Klook's CS about this scenario, waiting in the queue for more than 50 minutes and still wasn't being served! this would be the first time and last time to use this app

There are glitches when booking the Shinkansen which are frustrating. It's difficult to get good customer service on chat. prices aren't any cheaper for the bookings I made as some bookings are exempt from discounts. The positive side is your bookings are in one place. I've updated this to a one star because of poor customer support. I had a very sour experience.
