So far, one star. Physical installation was simple (I've done this many times ). When following the steps to pair things go fine until the second I actually pair it successfully. Then the app tells me it's already paired and I have to delete it from my Bluetooth connections. So I do that, and then the process just repeats. So now I have a nice smart lock that can only be used like a dumb lock. Looked online for a solution- nothing. Called the support number in the book - closed. May return it.

Hello Daniel, Here are steps to help resolve this: 1. Delete and reinstall the app, then power-cycle the phone. 2. Clear your phone's cache and data. 3. Perform a Factory Reset on the lock. 4. Repair the lock to your phone while you are in Bluetooth range. If you'd like to pair more than one phone, go to Manage Home users. Thank you, Kwikset

Great, simple door lock & app. Lock installation was pretty easy (especially if you've done it before), and the app guides you through every step if needed. Notifications are quick, battery % display is very helpful. Adding guest codes was a breeze too. I wish this supported Matter/Threads, but until that happens, I am glad to at least have a lock that can easily be re-keyed to match the rest of my doors.

60% of the time, it works every time! I can add/update user codes for my airbnb guests once in a while like it's supposed to. Recently, the app has decided not to let me add or change my guests' access. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and deleting cache and data. If you're looking for a solution for airbnb access, I'd say this is not it. Edit: I already re-paired the phone via Bluetooth. Even while connected via Bluetooth it will not let me add/change codes
