the app has changed. the view, as seen in the 3rd picture is gone. I was good to see the comparison in the graphs of what is paid vs, how much time I have left. it's then easy to tell if I may be hit with unwanted interest. now all I see are how many months may have passed, but really it's got no context. Bring back a comparison graph, seen on for each Interest free plan.

The app is worse after its update. I'm not referring to stability, but the circular graphs that indicated payment progress versus time to pay have been replaced by a single line graph which is a less intuitive and informative way of judging your payment progress. This is a step backwards, please return the circular graphs which were excellent. Secondly payment arrangements that I have 'paid in full' dont move to the expired section but stay there taking screen space. Both issues should be fixed

the only way to pay off your credit card without incurring a fee is by official direct debit requests, but there is no longer a functional way to halt or reverse these requests even though they may take up to 3-4 days to process, so if you accidentally overpay, you cannot reverse it as their help support is all AI and their request forms are only answered far too late to do anything. deliberately removing functionality that used to exist to exploit customer mistakes is a vile business practice
