I'm trying to add my family members but I cannot because the box "select the relationship" is not working. When I click on it no drop down menu appears, it seems that the designers of the app forgot to add the appropriate selection drop down menu meaning I cannot proceed with adding family members.

Unable to enter "SELECT GENDER" Field while trying to Sign Up. It doesn't show any drop down, it is a mandatory field as well. Because of this, I am unable to sign up to the app.

Made an appointment on Sunday via apps, got the email. come on the destinated date but the receptionist says no appointment made :( it's inconvenient on my strict and tight schedule. (2/5) Edit: Thankfully they have available doctor can do the task (4/5)
