I am trying to activate my e sim, but after the verification with singpass, at the registrations page, I cannot type my address in the address bar, as the app just doesn't response when I click on the address bar, there is no keyboard pop up when I click the address bar in the app. I cannot click "next" too as updating the address is required, can anyone help?

Terrible app. Only thing it's good for is to see how much data has been used. If you want to change to a different plan, has to be done through their website. Under the "BUY" category in their app, if you click the "Choose your max plan option" it doesn't even display anything. all you can do is buy roaming. And if you go to an actual M1 store, they'll direct you to some other shop for assistance. This whole Maxx system is unintuitive. Worst decision ever switching to Maxx

BEWARE, this DataSIM only for overseas use, you won't be able to receive Calls or making calls overseas!!! good for SG local use only. you cannot even buy Addon for roaming. latency and speed is almost not usable
