Ratings and reviews

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

Pathetic exp. The car number that arrived to pick me up was different then the one mentioned in the app. There was last minute change by makemytrip but it did not reflect in the app. The driver name was different. i boarded the car because the driver told it will get updated. But never got updated. There was no tracking of the route. I doubted and asked driver that are you some middleman. tracking is not happening. He said if I wish I can get down in the middle of the highway. security issue

I used it for the first time for my hotel booking. and the hotel I booked was far from what was shown in the pictures. No maintenance, there were electricity issues also as upon reaching the hotel location, I was a little doubtful about the maintenance so I took a tour of the rooms and area..it was in pathetic condition. So I didn't check into the hotel. I wanted to connect to a real agent regarding this and all you have is irritating chat bots and call bots..never gonna trust your app.
