Ratings and reviews

You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

WORST APP TO BOOK HOTELS AND FLIGHTS. NOT RECOMMENDED! I have contacted the customer care directly from India, asking to change my booking date due to duplicate bookings made. I was told that they will change it according to my request without any charge! After waiting for my request to be approved my previous booking was completed🙁 and the date was not change no emails or feedback that they cannot do it etc huge amount of money went to waste I will never use this App Again.

I had booked a round-trip ticket from Sharjah to Kolkata through MakeMyTrip. Although my payment was successfully processed and I received a notification stating that the ticket would be issued within an hour, to my surprise, the booking was later automatically cancelled by MakeMyTrip. Despite the cancellation being initiated by them, I did not receive a full refund — they deducted an amount as “service fees.” I fail to understand why a service fee ??
