About this app

The MSol by MGEN mobile application is intended for MGEN Solutions members whose member number is made up of 10 digits without capital letters (for example: 1234567891).

Please note, your MGEN Solutions membership number begins with the letter M or Y (for example: M123456)? We invite you to download your MGEN Solutions mobile application.
You can find your membership number on your third-party payment card.

Your username and password are identical to those used to connect to your Secure Personal Space. You haven't activated your space yet? Take your third-party payment card and click on “Activate an account”.

Thanks to your MSol by MGEN application, take the essential features of your Secure Personal Space with you everywhere and benefit from many other essential tools:
· Be notified of a new refund and quickly access the details.
· Submit your reimbursement and quote analysis requests.
· Find your contractual documents and the essential information of your contract.
