Checking and changing the climate in your RV has never been easier.This application works with the EasyTouch RV thermostat line of products that replace existing thermostats. A wide range of applications are available including Dometic™, Coleman™ and others. EasyTouch features a new color touch screen, fully select-able modes, scheduling and away features and remote access.
Local access is always possible using Bluetooth whenever you are out of range of a WiFi connection. Remote access is available with an active internet connection such as hot spots, onboard routers, RV park connections or even satellite links. This app provides a remote control capability through the internet that I don't have at home. The app is a little clunky and only allows one device to be connected, period. It could be better. For example, multiple devices could be allowed if the user was able to set the PIN to connect to BT as many other apps do. I've only used it off and on for a couple months, but it seems the app does not update local weather often enough, especially the outside temp in cooler temps to decide heating source.

Hello Greg, Thanks for the review. Just add another device from the settings menu to control more than one device. The app uses BLE so there is no PIN needed. The app is functional, but it really need an overhaul. I have three thermostats and UI does not have a dashboard page that shows you basic things like temp, mode and if it is running. For all of them, unless you go into each of them. I wish they would look at how other systems dashboard looked and give us something nicer. Again the system is great for an RV, the app just lacks.

An update disabled the app so I called their support number. No one answered so went to website and sent in a trouble ticket requesting a phone call, no callback yet. I did get an immediate response to a 2 star review and they fixed the app almost immediately. The app is fully functional again but should not have to post negative review to get info from Micro Air: use facebook/instagram or post info on your website. "We are aware and working on it" would have been fine. Thanks for fixing it.
