I use their flashcard for ERP and parking. the worst experience ever. card do gets expired, and when you on auto-topup, when there is still value in there, you can't get your refund through ATMs (which is already ridiculously inconvenient coming from this digital era) what makes things worse, I went to those MRT ticket office where their website says can get refund, but I am asked to fill in a ridiculously complicated form and need to submit the form back to the office, physically. seriously..

Complete mess full of bugs. Tried to signed up, it threw an error upon login and enforcing mobile number registration, later claimed this No is already used so i can not sign in. Many things like that. Practically everywhere. update as of 2026. Still no improvements. How such company is allowed to handle any money related services?

Tried to login, and stuck at the mobile number registration. always show Sms could not sent out. how to login ? Already try for a week, numerous email to nets for advice, none of them can solve this issue. sigh!
