I use their flashcard for ERP and parking. the worst experience ever. card do gets expired, and when you on auto-topup, when there is still value in there, you can't get your refund through ATMs (which is already ridiculously inconvenient coming from this digital era) what makes things worse, I went to those MRT ticket office where their website says can get refund, but I am asked to fill in a ridiculously complicated form and need to submit the form back to the office, physically. seriously..

Complete mess full of bugs. Tried to signed up, it threw an error upon login and enforcing mobile number registration, later claimed this No is already used so i can not sign in. Many things like that. Practically everywhere. update as of 2026. Still no improvements. How such company is allowed to handle any money related services?

Looks like i am not the only one facing the issue of app hanging during the "Reading Card" process during topping up of cashcard. Initially it worked fine, but recently it ALWAYS happen whenever i try to top up my cashcard and it just causes more inconvenience when the app just decided to hang. This app is supposed to provide convenience to the user. But yet it causes more inconveniences. Please send your software engineer for courses if it is the app issue. Otherwise please upgrade your server.
