Looks like i am not the only one facing the issue of app hanging during the "Reading Card" process during topping up of cashcard. Initially it worked fine, but recently it ALWAYS happen whenever i try to top up my cashcard and it just causes more inconvenience when the app just decided to hang. This app is supposed to provide convenience to the user. But yet it causes more inconveniences. Please send your software engineer for courses if it is the app issue. Otherwise please upgrade your server.

I don't normally give review. but this is an exceptionally bad app and bad company. possible the worst app I've used in my life. the only working feature is the top up. after you top up, you literally can't use any other function due to bugs. you can't even terminate and withdraw as that is also not working due to error! What's the worse thing? THEY DONT HAVE A PERSON YOU CAN TALK TO ON THE PHONE! AND THE LIVE CHAT AGENT IS USELESS AS THEY INSIST THAT YOU DO EVEYTHING THRU THIS STUPID APP.

Honestly, such a horrible and frustrating app to use, ALL THE TIME. Very buggy, cannot detect card, no network connection, whatever kind of issues you can think of, it always happens when using the app. Can't believe after many years still zero improvement. Nowhere near the standard and consistency of Malaysia's TNG app, which works so much smoother, faster, and seamlessly. App rubbish. The manual top up station also rubbish. Find myself in difficult situation with this Nets all the time.
