Ratings and reviews

They use poor discretion when they advertise using this app that's intended to alert for real emergencies!!! They should be using email for non-emergencies to promote themselves. this app has some setup quirks and doesn't tell enough details about alarm categories as to when the alarms will be triggered. Once set up it has worked whenever I tested the necklace. I had a unit before that died after about 2 years, and had to buy a new one. Set up got more complicated had to repeat Wi-FI info

I purchased the "Smart Otoscope" and unfortunately it's completely useless! I have tried to connect to "their wifi" as directed and followed the instructions left and right but to no avail. Extremely disappointed as I was super excited for this product and even looking into other products of theirs. However, if this is how their products "work" I wouldn't both with anything else of theirs. I should have looked at the reviews before I purchased this item!

Not a bad product When It Works. I have the Otoscope because i have gone through numerous ear infections and this is a good thing to have around to see if my ears are healing properly. But it struggles to connect/Reconnect to your phone if you open the live camera feed way to early Forcing you sit and wait for it to Reconnect. Whats annoying is i have Starlink (Faster Wifi speeds) and needing to use another that needs to connect is not holding the connection long enough Reconnect.
