Auto login does not work. I have the latest version installed. Tells me to turn wifi off. Wifi is off. I can't create an account because I'm not registered. Whatever that means. Please fix the auto login feature.

I had the worst experience with batelco among all service providers in many countries. I bought a post - paid broadband SIM and after few days they called me that they gave me a wrong number and they will change it. Strange enough, they added a charge of number change on my bill. !! Called like 10 times and none did nothing to remove this until I terminated the service. Then I lost the 3G speed and was running on H speed like 20 years back...again called 10 times to fix it and everyone the agent

very bad service provided through the app activation of Esim fail after deduction the payment from my account and no any real response to solve the failure of service providing the customer call center and the branches keep raising complains without any helpful or true action if you can't provid the service why you add it in your app. very big miss and failure in services and customer care
