Lost all my points from old app. New app cannot even accept order and just is not registering my card...super disappointed 😒.

This app is so glitchy it's crazy. Multiple times it has kicked me out of the app just before I'm able to submit my order. It then charges me for the order that I didn't place and I have to hold my breath hoping that the money will be returned. Hire a better person to manage your app because it has made me not want to order from moby dicks numerous times.
