Thank you! Love this app and how easy it is to use! My kids are older and I really just wanted something to allow them the freedom to get things they wanted online too, like Robux for Roblox, rather than them needing to ask me all the time. I also wanted something to give them "practice" at managing their funds and stuff electronically for when they eventually spread their wings. Being able to assign chores and stuff was an added bonus!

Couldn't even finish setting up the account because in order to fix a typo in the email address during account sign up, we had to manually request the account to be closed first which requires 2 business days. Just for a typo in a field during sign up that you only enter once. Bad interface design leading to a really poor user experience. First impressions are important and this was a bad one. Maybe it's fine if you never need to contact customer service for even the most minor of issues.

Downloaded app and have been unable to do anything with it. Have tried several times to add funds and the app just does nothing. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The help desk was not helpful. Their only suggestion is always "are you sure you have the latest version." Um, I JUST downloaded it, did it somehow update in the last 30 seconds?
