Great improvements on the app now! The next thing I look forward to is, if the virtual cards can be named individually or even having to put 3names together for 1 card (per purpose) for easy in app usage instead of identifying my virtual cards with the year of expiry or last digits. Also maybe when debited, the name I pick shows up as eg: Visa Prepaid(Buy1/Moon1....) something along those lines.

For the past couple of months the app has not been accessible, there's a malfunction that denies me access to the app. There are some steps to follow to rectify this, however, after following them, the problem remains. I've consulted a customer care personnel on this however the same steps were recommended which did not and still don't work.

I'm new to the app but I already have a bank account. I'm trying to set it up but the verification code really delays. it takes about 15 mins which makes it too late to use that particular code. it's making me a bit frustrated

Salary Advance repayments can now be made on weekends and holidays.
MSE customers can now onboard directly onto the app.
Funds can now be transferred from USD, EUR, and GBP accounts to GHS accounts.
