I'm new to the app but I already have a bank account. I'm trying to set it up but the verification code really delays. it takes about 15 mins which makes it too late to use that particular code. it's making me a bit frustrated

Logging in is a problem even with a stable network and correct log in details. I just transferred funds into the account on the app and the funds isn't reflecting. I don't know if it's a temporal issue but my money better reflects before I sue anyone.

I made a mistake when I was trying to onboard sometime ago. After rectifying the mistakes, I still can't log in. I think the app is still holding onto those mistakes... I have contacted for support but it is what it is!

What’s new

Salary Advance repayments can now be made on weekends and holidays.
MSE customers can now onboard directly onto the app.
Funds can now be transferred from USD, EUR, and GBP accounts to GHS accounts.
