Decided to try the app and setting it up is very easy. However, I made two deposits 3 days ago (Friday 15th August, 2025), money has been deducted from my MoMo balance but not credited to my account as at now nor a reversal of both transactions. I'm wondering what the problem could be. Customer service line isn't going through (MTN).

this app is very terrible..... I've tried reaching them through their numbers like almost two months ago...it doesn't even go through and one of the numbers is even invalid 🙄....I personally went to my nearest bank to activate my account up till now, it's been two months now,no messages of activation....I don't even know what to do again

My deposit hasn't been credited over 6 hours now. Customer support is not even replying. I'm very very disappointed. Fix the app or remove it from here and let us walk into the bank for our transactions. Edit: After 4 days, the deposit issue has been rectified.
