Most of the time they will call me back that they don't have the selected items. This usually goes for the discounted products, which they will change for a more expensive option of you let them. I cancel these, because I find it unprofessional to offer products on a discounted price while you don't have them on stock (bad system is not an excuse). Often they are late. Once I bought a nail clipper and it came in an open box. They asked me if I wanted to replace. App is OK, service is not

Very bad service, i ordered online and regret it! I received the order with half of the things misisng and i called over 6 times and they still haven't called me back or resolved my problem. Very unprofessional.

The app is POORLY developed that searches on products generate terrible results. The worst part, your points will not increase! LOLS! This is nonsense. The company should get another developer of this app to make it better.
