Ratings and reviews

I've done business with klarna for years, never missed a payment, always paid early as well. Now there is a soft credit check? I don't have credit, that's why I use the pay in 4 option. I used to love this app, now it's worthless to me. Forget about submitting "feedback" to them. That does nothing. It feels like a punishment for other people's irresponsible spending! Those of us that have never had an issue should be able to continue to use the app the old way, I'm done with klarna.

Failed processing twice and charged my card, I never got my product and I have no money. The app says your plan starts when the merchant gets their money, which is a lie. The purchase did not go through like the other times I used the app. Then the app just froze and refused to respond.. great. Once the smoke settled I have nothing but an empty bank. Thanks for the help. The "payment plan". Which now I have to pay 50% up front? I've never missed a payment. Just another corp. pulling the rug.

Edit: I can't even use the app anymore because I don't have credit. I just never got around to getting a credit card so I have no credit, but I've never missed a payment and have 1k spending power, and have made lots of purchases through this app. Sucks that such a useful app is suddenly useless. Old review: I like the service, payments is easy and works perfect.
