Incredibly slow. ID cards won't open. Uses different login info from their website which is confusing

I've been trying to log in. So I can sign documents electronically. But it won't let me log in. Says error, but everything is correct .

I'm sorry you're having issues with the app. It sounds like you recently purchased a policy, if so, please make sure that you registered the policy for an online account, and then you can login using the new credentials. If you still have issues, please call us at 888-293-5108.

Won't let you log in using MyEncompass login information, and trying to reset password just crashes the app repeatedly. Useless application.
