The app isn't good at all, you can't really do anything with it, any and all adjustments to your policy, you gotta call, and you better do it when they are open. The rates were ok, but I was overpaying, I recently switched and saved almost a hundred bucks a month, cut my premium in half. All you can do with this app is view your policy, view insurance cards and maybe call for roadside assistance, I didn't stay long enough to find out.

I was able to access it once to pay my bill, when I tried to log in 2 weeks later to pay the rest of my bill it keeps giving me an error. Tried to reset my password, same error. "An unexpected error occurred". Great idea in theory, but not so great in practice it seems. If you could get the glitches fixed and under control, I would definitely rate it higher.

Had it it worked great! So I went green. Now, I don't know what you guys did but it SUCKS!! I can't log in or make a payment now. When I got to log in it kicks me off right before it opens, it uninstalled and reinstalled, iv updated still the same. Terrible, terrible. I'm uninstalling. At least I can pay on the web site I guess. Though I'd rather have the app.
