idk. it worked for a good while but for some reason, as of a few days ago (from time I am writing this) it stopped actually logging in. it goes to the webpage as usual, but wont log in and just keeps trying to load. I guess a few others have had this problem as well. if it weren't for it not currently working, Id give it 5stars because when it worked, it worked well and was easy to use to not only pay the bill but also show proof of insurance, instantly too. maybe it'll start working again soon.

The app isn't good at all, you can't really do anything with it, any and all adjustments to your policy, you gotta call, and you better do it when they are open. The rates were ok, but I was overpaying, I recently switched and saved almost a hundred bucks a month, cut my premium in half. All you can do with this app is view your policy, view insurance cards and maybe call for roadside assistance, I didn't stay long enough to find out.

I was able to access it once to pay my bill, when I tried to log in 2 weeks later to pay the rest of my bill it keeps giving me an error. Tried to reset my password, same error. "An unexpected error occurred". Great idea in theory, but not so great in practice it seems. If you could get the glitches fixed and under control, I would definitely rate it higher.
