absolutely the most ridiculous app...I installed this app last month and it didn't record anything...and the worst part is that I was charged a $15 fee due to me "not" making any trips, when yet, I drive on a daily basis...customer service told me that they would not waive the $15 fee for the technicality.furthermore, I read in a review where a customer was charged only $5 for their app not registering for the month. so what's up with that?...I'm taking the app off and finish contract and moveon

We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration with the app not recording trips and the discount being removed. We understand how upsetting that can be. Please contact customer service at the phone number listed on your policy, they can troubleshoot the issue to get the app to register trips and then have the discount returned to the policy.

It is completely ridiculous that you must allow this app to send notifications to tell you that you're driving. I know I'm driving because I'm the one behind the damn wheel with the car in drive. I don't need to be notified that I'm driving or that a trip is being recorded. And thank you for making sure that my driving habits are being recorded as you invade my privacy. This is an app designed to jack up your insurance rates if they find your driving "questionable."

Makes driving more frustrating and stressful. I can appreciate that this is a tricky thing to do as an app and that it can't be flawless. I barely drive anywhere, and don't even have to drive to work, but constantly get dinged for the time of day when I do drive, which I absolutely can't avoid. It also occasionally dings me for phone use when I absolutely haven't been engaging with the phone while driving, hands-free or otherwise. Edit: removed it from policy. $5/mo off isn't worth the headache
