Biggest Con: Logging on is the biggest pain, it takes 2-3 login attempts for it to register and actually take. AKA: press log in, takes you to website, login in, goes back to app, and it doesn't work 2-3 times. very annoying. otherwise great. Pros: Easy to pay insurance early/or on time & know when it's due Easy to add different payment methods if needed otherwise easy to use

The most glitchy and unreliable app/company. I've not been able to do simple things like logging in, making payments, trying to use auto pay, contacting an actual person to talk to about Any of the problems I'm having. Trying to get logged in is unbelievable. Please tell me that the problem has been fixe? Because been hell trying to get back in. When trying to get a verification code by any means has proven to be frustrating. I don't understand how it's this bad and it just keeps getting worse.

The most glitchy and unreliable app/company. I've not been able to do simple things like logging in, making payments, trying to use auto pay, contacting an actual person to talk to about ANYTHING. I've been logged out of my account for so long and it's been hell trying to get back in. When trying to get a verification code by email(only option given)it won't send. I don't understand how it's this bad and it just keeps getting worse. Soon I'll go somewhere else.
