The app itself will not accept my payment. I have googled it and this has been an ongoing issue. I have the app for convenience so I don't have to call or go in person. If you can't get the app going after all this time remove from every store so there is no confusion and the consumers don't waste their time. Would not recommend Direct auto for convenience period!!

The app is basically just a shortcut to their internet homepage. you can't really do anything from the app except make a payment and get your ID cards. I guess that's all it really should be, but it would be nice to not be forced to call customer service or visit a physical location to make some changes. the app could really use some updates and actually be turned into an app instead of a shortcut

I'm really getting annoyed with this. I had to call in and have someone help me fix my online account. After 1 hour it stopped working. I still can't get into my new account a week later and will probably lose my insurance again due to this app causing problems. Now today I am being told I will have to pay a cancelation fee if I cancel today to set up a new account. This is total bs.
