Great app for paying my insurance without having to remember it every month. Would like to see a way added to leave a message when there's a problem with your payment source. My bank I've been with for over 30 years was bought out & my account number was changed but there was an issue with the card I received which made my payment late because another card had to be issued & I didn't receive a text & rarely check my email since my signal out where I live is spotty at best.

The most glitchy and unreliable app/company. I've not been able to do simple things like logging in, making payments, trying to use auto pay, contacting an actual person to talk to about ANYTHING. I've been logged out of my account for so long and it's been hell trying to get back in. When trying to get a verification code by email(only option given)it won't send. I don't understand how it's this bad and it just keeps getting worse. Soon I'll go somewhere else.

Trying to get logged in is unbelievable. Please tell me that the problem has been fixe? Because been hell trying to get back in. When trying to get a verification code by any means has proven to be frustrating. I don't understand how it's this bad and it just keeps getting worse.
