The most glitchy and unreliable app/company. I've not been able to do simple things like logging in, making payments, trying to use auto pay, contacting an actual person to talk to about ANYTHING. I've been logged out of my account for so long and it's been hell trying to get back in. When trying to get a verification code by email(only option given)it won't send. I don't understand how it's this bad and it just keeps getting worse. Soon I'll go somewhere else.

The application never works, despite frequent updates. I've had to reset my account three times and still can't get in without calling someone. The website would be my main way, anyway, but I've never once seen it running. Usually, it crashes on the log in screen I set up automatic payments so that it wouldn't matter, but they stopped them for no reason, then charged me for missing a payment and won't let me access my account to fix it so that my coverage doesn't lapse. Pay more and go elsewhere

Always changing things for the worse and charging more and more for no reason. They make it nearly impossible to do anything in the app. The FAQ is a joke. No search feature, can't even get actual cards mailed even though on the digital copy it says "Keep this in your vehicle..." as soon as this policy is up I'm switching. There's so many other cheaper, better, and less deceptive companies to choose from.
