doesn't seem to work well at all. these glaring issues have been known for what seems like over a month now and still no updates... very disappointed in app support that's supposed to be better and replacing the other app. 11/17 Update: Still doesn't work. Hello..?

terrible app, says my email address is already used which is absolutely absurd. can't register account so can't use it. waste of time.

The app does absolutely nothing! After creating a special 2g network for the connection to work , I was surprised to see no smart functions requiring a connection. It recommends installing a fourth Nespresso app for shopping. That's it. What a joke. Do not waste your time.
