The maker is misleading us. They said we can find body fat using their scale and app. Both has been done. We bought their scale and installed the app. We didn't able to find the body fat by using the scale to find weight and open the app. The App is having only promotions. I am very disappointed.

App s low quality! subscription don't work well. I subscribed for a regular diet plan and money also deducted. but still not reflected in profile. pls help me cancel it. subscription they say it's fixed but since last week the message says plan currently unavailable. another issue is the Google fit is not getting synced at all. overall very low quality app , poor design. please do not go for any subscription at all. just use the weight for weight check that's all.

NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. They Don't Have A Refund Policy. That means that once they sell any item then in any situation at any cost THEY WILL NEVER RETURN THE FAULTY PRODUCT AND ISSUE THE REFUND. They will ONLY REPAIR / REPLACE the faulty product that too after sending them many videos as evidences. Also, THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO BEAR THE SHIPPING CHARGES OF SENDING THE FAULTY ITEM AND RECEIVING THE REPAIRED / REPLACED ITEM BACK. So think twice before you buy anything from their website.
