Ratings and reviews

Terrible customer service. Well, more specifically very unfriendly and very unhelpful. The app is going away, so if you are looking for both web and an app based solution, this is not something to take time to set up. The pricing, although says free, is misleading. To use any of the features the cost starts over $20 per user per month, per service. Example, "Sales" is one service, "Projects" is one service. For a small business trying to grow, the pricing is unattainable.

Odoo works on iOS devices. But why it doesn't work on android devices, especially creating invoices except Mi brands.🙂 I use Samsung, but I can't create invoices. I can't type customer names. It doesn't show any name that I added to Odoo.😤

Downloaded this app solely for tracking inventory, ended up using a different app, this one just had more features than I needed. I have been getting NONSTOP calls 3-4-5 times a day over this application after telling them multiple tes I was uninterested.
