I purchased cloud storage for my work cameras through the app, and was immediately unable to use the app, saying my password was wrong. I've sent multiple requests for help through the app, and several emails with the address from Google Play store, all have had no response. I tried every password I've ever used with no help. Absolutely no customer service to help if you have an issue. Do not purchase their cloud service!

Terrible, I wouldn't recommend. The camera will not record to SD card. they want you to buy the cloud. which I would be okay doing, but none of the links to purchase the cloud will work. so basically this was a waste of money since I am not able to view any play backs or record videos. DON'T PURCHASE THIS ITEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAST MONEY.

was working great, then i noticed the permissions that they wanted. i changed some of them and now i have no sound on my monitors, only my phone. i then went back and allowed all permissions and still no sound on my monitors. its not a monitor issue either because i did a sound test. its something to do with the nvr or the app.
