Ratings and reviews

Redeeming rewards through the app is a scam. The way you have to order through the app makes it impossible to redeem your points for an entree. For example, I tried to redeem my "free" small birthday, and it discounted the price for a small portion, but it still charged me for the meat that already comes with the dish. Not extra meat, the meat that comes with it. The same thing happens with rewards points redemption. It's false advertising and extremely deceptive for no reason.

There is always a problem with the app. I've been screwed out so many points. I really do appreciate the return of the steak stroganoff on the menu. I would love to see Pho on the menu. I love the relaxed vibe when sitting in a Noodles and Company. It's so nice to sit down, slow down, and take a break. I love the ice tea and the music you play. How about adding chicken scampi to your menu, PLEASE?

Generally this app works well enough, but it is completely missing an incredibly important feature: the ability to report issues with a delivery. I noticed this because on my most recent order my drink was missing, and after spending half an hour looking through the noodles app and website I could not find a way to report the missing item or get a refund. I will absolutely update this review if this feature is added, but until that happens I will not be ordering through the app.
