I can't open the app. Have the latest version on Samsung S24 Ultra. It shows the 1st screen with Maple Leaf logo. Then a blank blue screen with nothing on it and it just stays there. I am unable to access my tickets as a result. Someone needs to fix this fast. I have upcoming games to access my tickets. Update Nov 8/25 - still the same issue. FIX THE APP OR GO BACK TO PAPER TICKETS!!!

I looged in by Facebook, then I logged out. Now I can't log in again. I can't say customer support is bad, because it's nonexistent. Customer support is not the app team and does not handle app problems, but the public cannot reach the app team at all. Do not log in by Facebook, create an account if you don't want to get locked out.
