Ratings and reviews

You are better off using a computer to type your review. I had to do mine about 4 times; any time you break from the screen, the page refreshes, and you lose all of your text. If you allow the screen to go black; if you receive a text message/call; if you switch to another app and then come back, then you will need to start all over. It is extremely frustrating. I also hit the submit button and nothing happened, and ofc once I hit the back button to retry, everything was gone.

It says you need to write a review in order to "unlock thousands of ratings". I'm trying to research for a move, I've never lived in the city before and therefore I am blocked from accessing the ratings. This is a huge design flaw. Also, there is no way to report fake listings that I noticed. If I'm seeing listings for unrealistic prices like $33 for a Manhattan apartment with over 4 stars rating (which I can't even read) being posted by a realtor, I cannot trust them to be accurate.

I live in sunnyside queens...not only is my area not available the building is not present...they want users to add all the buildings for free and the public data associated with buildings is scarce. App looks really thin and unuseful also your name is clearly present for the review and no way to verify u lived there...not well thought out on so many levels...good marketing though.
