Android version is badly broken and non-functional 9 out of 10 times. Why is the user forced to select a location? ***Update - Surely, each physical gate device has a software/radio accessible unique identifier, enabling the software/user's app to determine the gate device's location, without relying on a good GPS signal or unnecessary user interactions?

The odds of it actually working are slim to none. It has been 3 months since it last worked. Just memorize your access code and get used to entering it manually on the keypad. If you rely on this app, you'll be screwed & locked out. When it does work, be prepared to sit & wait while it tries to recognize which storage facility you're at & tries connecting to the access point. It is faster to key in the code manually. Don't believe me, just look at the apps overall rating of 2.9

The app is supposed to connect when you're near and open when you click the button on the app. It won't open from my Samsung but will open from my husbands iPhone. It's very frustrating. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, no go. Funny thing, it USED to work! Maybe an 'update' make it not work? I don't know but it's not working now!
