Ordering and tracking delivery is good but let down by payment - it doesn't always work. 😤 Message says payment can take 3 days after entering card details. Yet keep getting late payment email with non payment fee added for last 2 payments. Last time I paid the day I ordered with invoice total + late fee and still got stung again for a non payment. 😕

easy to navigate, pay my bills and see where I'm up to in regards to how much energy/gas I'm using. Considering combining my internet as well as they have some great deals going on. They always do! Plus I love the free 711 coffee, been enjoying that every morning before work as every cent counts!

app is useless , gives incorrect readings and costs .Contacted origin previously and was told it's just a predicted costing and can't be relied on . Now tonight despite saying cost to date is $200 plus for quarter and cost per day is just over $2 , the predicted cost is over $1600 .Just makes no sense whatsoever

We understand how frustrating it can be when the info provided doesn’t seem to align or make sense. The predicted costs in the app are based on estimated usage patterns and can sometimes fluctuate if there are data delays, meter reading gaps, or changes in usage habits. That said, the figures should still provide a reasonable guide. Thanks - David
