This app is not allowing us to order kids meals even though they show up on their "menu" they don't show as an option under "online ordering" How can we order kids meals? After 47 phone calls to our Tampa Kobe's location someone finally answered and told me we couldn't place any orders by phone and that we had to order only through this app but we have kids we want kids meals and we can't do that through this app. Very poor quality app and very poor quality of customer service.

Completely unusable. Can't create an account, can't use password manager, can't use a complex password. 0/5

Hard to use. If you lose your card do they go by your card# you have on their website? I had a previous issue with using my card that I can no longer find I have the card number on the Kobe website with all the accrued points but they won't let me use the card number I need the actual physical card in hand. I have a FREE birthday dinner and was unable to use it because I didn't have the physical card, only the card# from their website.
