Ratings and reviews

I know I'm not the first person to give this feedback but the new UI is a disaster. I don't know what you did in the background and if it was a tech stack upgrade but it spoiled everything. Using the app without the dark mode is the most unpleasant experience. The previous version itself was amazing and we all got used to it very well. As a user I don't see a need for a new UI. You have tried to fix something that was not broken. Please bring back the old UI.

I keep getting scratch card notifications on PhonePe, but when I open them nothing appears. This has happened 4–5 times and I have tried many times, but the issue is still the same. I do more than 80% of my online payments through PhonePe and expect proper support. Please arrange a real call with a customer care representative. If I report an app issue, I deserve compensation. If this is not fixed quickly, I will move to another app and take everyone who knows me along. 😡😡😡

Best And Superfast App...But, not working properly from the last month. I can scan any barcode and make the payment through it. But, when opt for mobile transfer to any person, my keyboard does not pop up. Not at all. Please help, as I tried everything. I cleared its data, cache, and even unistalled & reinstalled the app. But, all in vain. I have not been able to understand the problem even after looking for it on google & Youtube.
