Ratings and reviews

Good quality and fast but little selection and high price. I've ordered from them 2x. Both tones delivery was on less than 20 minutes and I've had some vegetables beat AH quality, but the high prices and the little selection, make this a once in a while use. With smaller overhead than the stores, prices should be smaller especially since there is delivery fee if the cost is below €40.

Maybe I was just unlucky, but many products which I paid for were missing. I contacted support through the app form and their chat, but they never even responded. This to me is a dealbreaker and hope no one has to experience this terrible customer service, as well as loosing money and time. I would rather the order arrive 5 minutes later, but with all my producrs.... or at least get decent customer support.

The app is sadly completely unusable. Asks me if I'm a robot 1 minute into the app every time, but does not reconnect me to the servers after I complete the Captcha, just leaving me in a dead app with no functionality. I have to restart the app, add an item or two into the basket, fill the Captcha, then restart the app again, because no actions after the Captcha actually do anything. Fix your servers.
