Terrible App – Completely Non-Functional This app is a complete disappointment. Despite being a project of PITB, which usually excels, BaldiaOnline has failed miserably. I can't even log in because the OTP doesn't arrive, making the app completely useless. It's been months since the last update in July 2024, and despite numerous complaints from users, nothing has been done to fix the issues. The app has a lot of potential, but it's shocking how poorly it's being managed. Please fix these issue

Very poor app, does not work with out mobile data, no response, applications are not processed, waste of time. This service must be provided to people of Pakistan for free of cost on their door step. This is your requirements and you have made the life difficult by applying such certificates and your platform is not working and physically they ask for bribe or ask you to here and there multiple offices. Poor working 👎

Very bad experience . Not working, not opening, just vague just like other govt. apps. Why this happens that speed,quality,not being made better.useless, wastage of time.
