Ratings and reviews

App is fair but for withdrawals, they need to improve. You can get a withdrawal completed in 30 mins or at some other time, using the same method, you will wait for 9hrs without it being complete,and they simply tell you, "It's on the queue." All that will be happening whilst someone else will manage to withdraw within 10mins, using the same method as you. Pocket Option should consider introducing Binance Pay for withdrawals too, just the way it is used for deposits. Other apps do that.

I trade In MT5 section in this app. I just noticed that some of the buy/sell limit was not trigger, and some of the target price was not trigger when the market price has reach those presets... but SL was always trigger... I don't know what to say

I have been using your app and tried different AI trading features, but I always end up losing money. I feel like the app is not performing as expected and may not be suitable for real investments. Please review the system or explain clearly why this happens, because it looks like the app is only causing loss instead of helping.
