Opening the application after installation, I receive the following message on my device: "We Apologize for the inconvenience. A Temporary network issue is causing delays. Please verify your connection and retry." Please note that I have tested the application using three different networks, but the issue persists and the application does not work on my mobile device.

I am facing a problem with getting updated data in my profile, but the app is not showing the same data, which has already been updated in the main system. I have applied for changed the language of name from urdu to English. The main data was corrected, but in the application still showing "????" and I have complained three times but no result.

The system reflects a typical bureaucratic approach, requiring users to repeatedly enter the same information at multiple steps. For instance, after logging in with specific credentials, it is inefficient to ask for the same data again, especially when it can be easily retrieved from the user’s profile."
