I’ve tried a few meditation and mental health apps before, but Psyhelp actually feels like it was built by therapists. The science-backed plans (CBT, ACT, etc.) don’t feel like generic advice they feel personalized and practical. I love the smart journal for tracking my mood and the short daily exercises I can actually stick to. It genuinely feels like having a supportive therapist in my pocket, and I’ve noticed my anxiety is way more manageable after just a couple of weeks.

This app has genuinely helped me manage my anxiety and mood swings better. The excersises and tools are simple but effective, and i like how it's structured to guide you without feeling overwhelming. I've bern using it daily for journaling and checking in with my emotions. and it's really improved my motivation and ability to stay calm in stressful moments. Definitely feels like having a mini therapist in my pocket. Super Helpful when i need a quick mental reset.
